Junk Removal  Lowest Price

All Pricing on this site is for driveway/garage, or curbside pickup.  Price reflects the average situations, not all pickups are equal, and your situation may vary.  Flat rates are intended to be a reference point and things like long walks, unlevel terrain, heavy bulky items, and other difficulties will affect the price. 

For the cheapest service, Bag your small items, stack your boxes, keep recyclables separated by category, and goodwill items separate.  We will take each item to it's destination, Over 90% of your collected items are reused, recycled, donated, or otherwise saved from the landfill.

Service and Rates

Single Item Pickup- $45    Item must be located in accessible location not to exeed 2 cubic yards

Truckload Junk Removal - $75 This includes up to 3 cubic yards of junk, Bagged Debris, Garbage, Furniture, etc.  We do not and cannot legally haul chemicals, paints, solvents, and hazardous materials.  Truckload is defined as a truck box measuring 6x8x2 ft. and having a max weight of 800 lbs.  Does not include tile,concrete, shingles, rock, dirt, or other dense materials.  Due to extreme weight of these items, special pricing will apply.  I

Trailer Load Pricing - $275 per trailer load (16ft x 6ft x 4ft)

Small items must be bagged, boxed, or otherwise contained.

Trailer load is defined as a box trailer measuring 16ft x 6ft x 4ft and having a max weight of 3,000 lbs. does not include tile, concrete, shingles, rock, dirt, or other dense materials.

For Construction waste Add $25

Unbagged Items/ Loose Debris Add $25

Construction or Demolition Materials Add $25

Long Walk- Inaccessible with truck/trailer add $25 per hour

 Concrete weighs 130 pounds or more per cubic foot.  There are 27 Cubic feet in a cubic yard.  weight will be 3,250-4000 lbs. per cubic yard for concrete or rock. 

  1.5 Cubic yards will be the maximum load size for concrete due to trailer's capacity in weight.  The price per load is $350 which is not negotiable due to the amount of physical labor involved with loading, unloading and transporting concrete.
